We would love for you to exhibit at this year's Wraysbury Village Fair. Stalls can be booked in any of the central positions A to D shown below in our layout map. Let us know which stall row you would prefer to be positioned when completing your booking and we'll do our best to accommodate that.

Please note: Standard stall positions A, B, C, D are 3m x 3m and can be booked by Businesses, Charities, Schools and Youth Groups, excluding fairground/amusements and food organisations. Multiple pitches can be booked individually by selecting the required quantity below.

WRAYSBURY VILLAGE FAIR TERMS & CONDITIONS


  1. You must be covered by your own Public Liability Insurance, we require a copy of your certificate to be attached to your booking form. Your booking is not confirmed until this is supplied.

  2. No exclusivity is guaranteed, we try to ensure variety but make no guarantees.

  3. Food outlet bookings are not confirmed until you are contacted by a committee member, please email, wraysburysummerfair@gmail.com with food type and details of your stall before placing a booking.

  4. Alcoholic prizes or purchases must not be supplied to under 18’s, it is your responsibility to ‘Challenge 25’.

  5. Under no circumstances are toy guns or weapons of any type or silly string either as prizes or purchases to be supplied.

  6. Amplified sound is not permitted.

  7. Vehicles are not permitted on the fairground other than at the designated times, please see the Stallholder Instructions for timings.

  8. Stallholders are responsible for ensuring that their marquee/gazebo is weighted and secure.

  9. Whilst we aim to accommodate your chosen area on the fairground no guarantee is given.

  10. It is the stallholders responsibility to leave their pitch and surrounding area clear of all rubbish.
